Tire Order & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Auto Vault by FMF. Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order.

Tire Size Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for verifying that the tire size and product selected are correct for their vehicle before placing an order.

If you are unsure of the correct tire size, please contact Auto Vault by FMF prior to ordering. We are happy to help verify fitment.

Auto Vault by FMF is not responsible for incorrect tire sizes or products selected by the customer.

Order Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, it is immediately submitted for processing with our suppliers.

Customer-requested cancellations made after processing has begun may be subject to a restocking fee of up to $150, depending on the supplier and product ordered.

Restocking Fees

A restocking fee of up to $150 may apply to orders canceled or returned for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Ordering the wrong tire size.

  • Ordering the wrong tire or product.

  • Customer-requested cancellations after order processing.

  • Refusing delivery or failing to pick up a special-order item.

Any applicable restocking fee will be deducted from the eligible refund amount.

Special Order & Final Sale Items

Special-order, closeout, discontinued, clearance, and custom-order products are considered final sale and are not eligible for cancellation or return unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or an incorrect item was shipped by Auto Vault by FMF.

Installation Appointments

Installation appointments may be rescheduled by contacting us in advance. Rescheduling an appointment does not cancel your tire order or remove any applicable restocking fees.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect product, please notify Auto Vault by FMF within 48 hours of delivery or pickup so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Agreement

By placing an order with Auto Vault by FMF, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Tire Order & Cancellation Policy.
